Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
