Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Juniper Foods is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
