Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
