Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Farms and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
