Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Birch Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
