Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Minneapolis plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
