Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
