Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Miami, FL)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
