Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meadow Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
