Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
