Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Ashton Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
