Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Summit Medical is a Knoxville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
