Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
