Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
