Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Linden Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
