Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
