Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma Partners and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
