Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Quill Farms is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
