Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Bright Vista Press Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
