Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Houston, TX)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Houston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people based in Houston. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
