Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Field Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
