Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
