Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
