Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
