Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
