Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
