Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
