Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook North Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
