Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Ashton Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
