Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Ashton Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
