Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
