Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
