Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charleston, SC)

Bright Ridge Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
