Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Willow Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
