Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Field Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
