Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
