Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boise, ID)

Redstone Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Boise serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
