Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group is a Boise company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
