Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boise, ID)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 806 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
