Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Haven Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
