Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Austin, TX)

Silverline Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Austin, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
