Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Austin, TX)

Harborlight North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Austin, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
