Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
