Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Associates manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tucson plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
