Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Pine Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
