Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
