Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Field Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
