Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
