Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Ashton Foods Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
