Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Seattle, WA)

Nova Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
